Ao — a profound green: matcha layered with umami and refined bitterness.
In both soft and hard water, its depth unfolds. We use only first-harvest tea leaves, exclusively sourced from Kyoto—carefully selected and uniquely blended from tea grown in Wazuka and Uji. You can enjoy the flavor of matcha in various ways, such as usucha (thin tea) or matcha lattes.

1.Sift 2g of matcha (about one teaspoon) through a fine sieve.
2.Bring water to a boil, then allow it to cool to around 80°C(176°F).
3.Warm the matcha bowl and bamboo whisk (chasen) with hot water.
4.Add the sifted matcha and 60ml of hot water to the bowl.
5.Whisk briskly for about 15 seconds, using an “M”-shaped motion.
6.Once a fine foam forms, gently lift the whisk to create a slight mound of foam in the center.
