Five Experiences

1:Ninshu’s Pottery
The vessels are traditional handmade vessels that have received the designation as a purveyor a World Heritage temple Ninnaji-temple, but are dishwasher and microwave safe.Each piece is unique because it is handmade, but at the store you can see and touch it and choose what you like.

2:Kyomachiya (Traditional wooden townhouse in kyoto)
A traditional Kyoto building more than 100 years old. In addition to the architecture, there are many historical items such as a newspaper from 1935.

3:Zen garden / Pottery garden
Visitors can experience karesansui (Zen garden) and Nnshu’s unique “Pottery garden”. Everyone is free to design their own, placing vessels in the “Pottery garden”, making ripples, etc.

4:Matcha & Wagashi
They serve matcha from Ippodo, a famous Kyoto store, and wagashi(Japanese sweets) from Senbontamajyuken. You can enjoy the wonderful taste of Kyoto. You can also watch our staff making matcha.

5:Omotenashi(Japanese Hospitality)
We provide hospitality so that our customer can enjoy the culture of Kyoto.
