1.Sift 2g of matcha (about one teaspoon) through a fine sieve.
2.Bring water to a boil, then allow it to cool to around 80°C(176°F).
3.Warm the matcha bowl and bamboo whisk (chasen) with hot water.
4.Add the sifted matcha and 60ml of hot water to the bowl.
5.Whisk briskly for about 15 seconds, using an “M”-shaped motion.
6.Once a fine foam forms, gently lift the whisk to create a slight mound of foam in the center.
