買ってきた土用餅をササっとフリー鉢に盛りつけました。
ただ載せただけですが、存外うまく撮影できました😂
In Japan, there is a custom of eating foods that are invigorating during the hot season before the first day of autumn.
The most famous is eel, followed by the nutritious anko (sweet bean paste).👏

今期の新商品である片口に新色を追加しました。
花緑青の片口です。👏
仁秀の片口は抹茶碗・酒器としても利用いただけます。
おちょこと合わすとグッと豪華に見えますね🥰
A new color was released for Ninshu's “Katakuchi”.👏
"Katakuchi” is a matcha bowl with a spout, and is used to pour matcha or sake into a sake cups.🍶
It looks gorgeous on the dining table when used with sake cups.😘

スーパーで買ってきたキンパを仁秀の大皿に盛り付けました。
盛り付けたというよりは載せました😂
キンパは彩が豊かですので、美しくなりますね。👏
I bought kimpa from the supermarket and served it on a platter.🍽
Kimpa is beautiful because of the variety of vegetables used and the many colors.😘

先日買ったハモが少し余ったので、あんかけにしてみました。🐟
あんがあるだけでまた料理の雰囲気も変わりますね
大皿でも抹茶碗でも美味しそうに盛り付けできます🥰
I had some leftover Hamo that I bought the other day, so I cooked it into a starchy sauce.🐟
Both platters and matcha bowls can be used to serve the tasty dish.😁

夏の京料理に欠かせない食材の一つである賀茂なすの田楽です🍆
京野菜の一つである賀茂なすはずっしりとして、大型の茄子のため単品で大皿に盛り付けても存在感があります👏
There are many vegetables indigenous to Kyoto, and they are called kyo yasai (Kyoto vegetables).😁
Kamonasu (Kamo eggplant), one of the Kyoto vegetables, is famous as a summer delicacy in Kyoto.🍆
That Kamonasu eggplant roasted with miso is served on a platter at Ninshu.👏

京都の7月と言えば祇園祭りと鱧ではないでしょうか。
買ってきた鱧の湯引きを仁秀のフリー鉢に盛りつけました🐟
花穂紫蘇があると全体の色味がグッと締まりますね😁
片口酒器の日本酒と共にご堪能下さい🍶
July in Kyoto is famous for the Gion Festival and eating hamo (pike conger eel).
Hamo is a difficult fish to eat because of its many small bones, but it is delicious thanks to a cook's technique known as "honekiri.🐟👏
The hamo is served in a bowl of Ninshu and paired with sake poured into a kataguchi sake cup.😁
